In this project we collect good practices and digital tools that support young adults with an autism spectrum disorder in their transition to work
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Young people with autism have the necessary tools to deal with the school-work transition and are actively involved in this transition process
Mediators/job coaches/teachers … have effective skills and tools to support young people with autism in the transition from school to work (or other roles in society)
Companies are more open to hiring young people with autism
Families, voluntary associations and the community in general are better prepared for the transition and know how to support the young person with autism in this transition process
